Terms & conditions are valid from December 12th, 2023, and can be modified at any time without prior notice. You agree with our terms and conditions when registering to our courses.

A first aid course lasts for 10 hours. A First aid certificate has a validity of 6 years.

To finalize the registration process, we ask you to be present 10 minutes before the course starts.

Attendance to all 10 hours is mandatory to get a certificate. If you miss a part of the course, the investment is lost. Every more than 10 minutes lateness will be considered as an absence and will cause the exclusion of the course. The teacher can exclude a disruptive participant at any time. No refund nor compensation will be granted in case of exclusion. The first aid course cannot be cancelled and is not refundable in any situation even in case of illness, accident with or without medical certificate. Course rescheduling is only possible until 4 working days before the courses begin.

L2D can cancel a course for any reason (insufficient participants, teacher’s illness…). In these situations, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Courses must be paid at registration on our website. No cancellation or refund possible in any situation even in case of illness, accident with or without medical certificate.

Once registered, you are expected to hold the course receipt and present it to the teacher if asked so.

A theory course lasts for 6 hours. The course can be attended as many times as desired during 4 months after purchase.

Every more than 10 minutes lateness will be considered as an absence and will cause the exclusion of the course. An attendance sheet is to be signed every day. A missing signature will cause an exclusion. You are expected to be on time and in possession of your provisional license every day. The teacher can exclude a disruptive participant at any time. No refund nor compensation will be granted in case of exclusion. The sensibilisation course cannot be cancelled and is not refundable in any situation even in case of illness, accident with or without medical certificate. Course rescheduling is only possible until 4 opening days before courses begin.

The 12h motorcycle course is divided in 3 parts.

Parts 1, 2 and 3 last for 4 hours each.

Parts 1, 2 and 3 must be attended in chronological order.

Exclusion from a part (1 or 2) automatically leads to an exclusion from part 3.

To attend the course, you have to bring your own motorcycle whose power meets the requirements of your provisional license. The 12h motorcycle course is not a beginner’s course, but an advanced course. You are expected to master your vehicle before taking part to the courses. You are expected to be equipped according road safety : jacket, gloves, helmet, pants, closed shoes. We strongly recommend you to have a rain clothing ready in case of bad weather conditions. Make sure to have enough full before starting the course. Motorcycles must be in working order: efficient brakes, tires in good condition, etc. When attending the 12h course you must bring a motorcycle with at least 11kW power. According to Federal roads office (OFROU), Geneva car office (OCV) and the accident prevention Bureau (BPA), the teacher can exclude any student not meeting requirements mentioned. If not meeting these requirements, you are hold responsible for the situation. Every more than 10 minutes lateness will be considered as an absence and will cause the exclusion of the course. A driving lesson with automatic car lasts for 90 minutes. You are to be in possession of a valid provisional license or foreign driving license for every driving lesson.

Payment must be done directly to the driving instructor.

The driving courses cannot be cancelled and are not refundable in any situation even in case of illness, accident with or without medical certificate. Course rescheduling is only possible until 3 working days before the course’s begin.

Discounted driving lessons or bought in packages have to be paid in advance on our website or directly to our driving instructors. Courses in packages remain valid for 12 months after purchase. No cancellation or refund possible in any situation even in case of illness, accident with or without medical certificate.
